Keyword research during the original website project identified strong consumer demand for drone insurance in Thailand. Tourists and drone operators were actively searching for insurance to meet mandatory registration requirements, but FEIC did not yet offer a consumer-focused online product.

This insight led to the creation of a new drone insurance product line, supported by SEO-focused content and an instant quote-and-bind e-commerce system. FEIC became the first company in Thailand to offer this type of drone insurance online, gaining strong first-mover advantage and continuing to dominate search results for Thailand drone insurance terms.
